This is one of my favourite breakfasts at the moment.....so simple but so nice!
It is basically cinnamon toast but oooohhh so much better, mmmm.
How to make this delicious dish:
Simply beat some cream and eggs together. Slice bread thick and into fingers (I actually use wheat and gluten free bread). Dip bread pieces in the egg mixture and fry in a pan. When cooked on all sides roll them in a cinnamon sugar mix and serve with sweet ricotta and fresh strawberries.
